Certifications:

Faith Manierre, President of Busy Bees has earned

designation of Training Program Coach with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD).

The objective and purpose of this level of study is to develop a professional organizer’s skills and knowledge in the area of training, coaching, motivating and communicating. This program allows the intermediate and advanced professional organizer to work with a peer and, in the process, improve their training and communication skills. This program required publishing and the presentation of material to further individual and group knowledge. The Program Coach works with a CPO-CD (Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization) student together for 20 months of intensive time studying and applying this learning in practical application with current clients.

Manierre is the only Professional Organizer in CT with this credential. In addition she earned her Certification from the Board of Certification of Professional Organizers. She was in the inaugural class of Certified Professional Organizer  (CPO ®). Only four professional organizers from CT successfully have completed the intensive certification process.

 

National Conference:

Faith Manierre, president of Busy Bees attended the national conference of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization in Raleigh, NC in September 2011. The theme of the conference was Acquiring Minds How we Think~Act~Feel about Possessions. Featured presenters discussed compulsive shopping, motivational interviewing and working with anxious clients. This conference provides a great opportunity to collaborate with my highly skilled peers and to learn about the latest techniques for working with clients.

 

Golden Circle

Faith Manierre, president of Busy Bees Professional Organizing LLC has been recognized as a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) Golden Circle. This prestigious designation demonstrates to the general public worldwide that our industry recognizes its members who have attained an elevated level of experience.  NAPO acknowledges the expertise of its members who have been engaged in the business of organizing for no less than five years. Busy Bees Professional Organizing has been helping people like you since 2000.
